Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients at the office and warehouse, offering beverages and preparing meeting spaces.
Manage queries via phone, email, and in-person.
Maintain the front desk, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing information.
Keep the reception and office areas clean, organised, and presentable.
Process payments, manage orders, handle billing inquiries, and liaise with the accountant.
Assist with administrative tasks to support office and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate records, both digital and paper, ensuring proper filing.
Handle scheduling of deliveries and collections.
Serve guests with tea and coffee.
Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Maintain the conference room.

Skills Required:

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office equipment operation.
Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Understanding of confidentiality and discretion.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English. Proficiency in Farsi and/or Arabic is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00. Occasional requirement for work outside normal office hours.

Salary: up to £22,000.00 per year, dependent on candidate's skills and experience.

Requirements:

Education: GCSE or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years in administrative and customer service roles preferred.

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
