We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Worthing and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, improved work-life balance, or experience across different school settings.

The ideal candidate will have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK schools (preferred but not essential for some roles)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Your role will include

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans or planning engaging lessons where required
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ learning and development
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
