Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join them on their projects based in the West Midlands, with sites in Wolverhampton, Telford & Brownfields.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:

• Reporting into the Project Manager

• Keep team morale high

• In charge of the daily running of the site

Experience required for this Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• SMSTS Card and in date

• Housing experience is a must 

• Apartments experience preferred 

Package offered for this Site Manager role:

• Up to £55,000 salary 

• Competitive package 

• Permanent role
