Protocol Education is working in partnership with SEND schools across Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas to recruit dedicated graduates from education-focused backgrounds who are looking to build a long-term career supporting children with additional needs.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates in Childcare & Early Years, Primary Education, SEND, Psychology, or similar fields who are keen to apply their academic knowledge in a professional school setting.

About the Role

  • Provide structured, targeted support to students with SEND
  • Apply your academic knowledge to support learning, behaviour, and development
  • Build professional relationships that promote student engagement and progress
  • Support the delivery of personalised learning strategies in line with EHCPs
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive outcomes for pupils
  • Contribute to students’ social, emotional, and mental well-being

Who We’re Looking For

  • Graduates in Childcare & Early Years, Primary Education, SEND / Special Educational Needs, Psychology or related fields
  • A clear commitment to a long-term career in education
  • A professional, proactive, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilient, patient, and adaptable mindset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
