Are compassionate, resilient, and eager to learn

Bring great energy and aren’t afraid to get stuck in

Have experience working with children, young people, or adults with additional needs, although this isn’t essential

Have an enhanced DBS on the update service, or are happy to apply for one

What’s in it for you?

A consultant who actually answers the phone and genuinely supports you

Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies and no hidden deductions

Free access to CPD, including Team Teach and SEND-focused training

Long-term opportunities to grow your experience in specialist education

A chance to build a rewarding career making a real impact every single day

✨ Thrive trained? Amazing, we’d love to hear from you.
