This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading housing developer on a new social housing refurbishment project focusing on roofing repairs. 

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join them on a social housing refurbishment project in Wakefield, with plans of more projects in the pipeline in the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:

• Reporting into the Contracts Manager

• Management of method statements and risk assessments

• In charge of the daily running of the site

Experience required for this Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• SMSTS Card and in date

• Previous social housing refurb experience 

• Previous experience of managing streams 

Package offered for this Site Manager role:

• £45,000-£55,000 Salary 

• Company car/car allowance
