What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

Following lesson plans and school policies

Creating a positive, inclusive, and active learning environment

Encouraging teamwork, resilience, and participation in physical education

Managing classroom and practical lesson behaviour effectively

Supporting pupils to develop their physical skills, confidence, and wellbeing

Building positive relationships with students and colleagues

Supporting extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and school sporting events where required

We're looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have experience teaching PE within UK secondary schools

Can deliver engaging practical and theory lessons across a range of abilities

Are confident, adaptable, and organised

Have strong classroom management skills

Can quickly build rapport with pupils and colleagues

Are passionate about physical education and helping pupils achieve their potential
