Primary Teacher
Job Title: Primary Teacher – EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Location: Telford
Salary: MPS
Contract: Full-time
Start Date: September 2026
Ready to lead a classroom with confidence and purpose?
We’re working with an ambitious, well-led primary school in Telford looking for a strong Primary Teacher who can bring energy, structure, and high expectations to any key stage.
This is a school on the move. Standards matter. Progress matters. But so do relationships, consistency, and creating a classroom where every child feels capable.
What makes this role stand out
• Clear behaviour systems that actually work
• Visible, supportive senior leaders
• Collaborative year group teams who plan properly, not last minute
• Pupils who respond well to firm, fair teaching
• A shared drive to raise outcomes across the school
You’ll be joining a team that wants teachers who step up, not sit back.
The role
You’ll take full class responsibility within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths. The focus is on strong core teaching, especially reading, writing and maths, alongside engaging, purposeful lessons across the wider curriculum.
The school needs someone who can build routines quickly, establish positive behaviour from day one, and push pupils to achieve more than they thought possible.
If you enjoy seeing rapid progress because of clear teaching and high standards, you’ll fit right in.
We’re looking for a teacher who:
• Holds UK QTS
• Has a proven track record in at least one primary key stage
• Sets high expectations and sticks to them
• Is confident managing behaviour calmly and consistently
• Brings resilience, drive, and genuine belief in every pupil
This would suit an experienced teacher ready to take ownership and make impact, or a confident ECT who thrives in structured, supportive environments where standards are clear.
