School Catering Assistant

We're looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join a friendly primary school kitchen in Watford this September.

You'll help prepare and serve healthy meals while ensuring high standards of food hygiene and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving lunches.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen.
• Washing up and cleaning equipment.
• Following food safety procedures.
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is reliable and hardworking.
• Has a positive attitude.
• Holds a Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable but not essential).

Previous catering or hospitality experience is welcomed but full training can be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
