I am currently on the lookout for a Integration Manager for a role in Vienna, Austria. I am acting on behalf of a well-established and respected business based out of Ireland who are operating heavily in Data Centre Industry.This is an opportunity to join a company who has projects commencing throughout the globe with exponential growth in their Data Centre Division.Key Responsibilities of this Integration Manager Role:
Planning, scheduling, and managing all of the integration activities associated with a data centre campus. Integration scope includes Telecoms, Audio Visual (AV), Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Radio Over IP (ROIP) and SecurityPartner collaboratively with cross-functional teams (design engineering, construction, other project controls functions, finance, etc.) to understand requirements and ensure alignment to scope, schedule and budgetEngage related clients vendors that perform design and implementation services related to our support systems that are required for each data centre.Track and ensure successful completion all integration tasks associated with delivery critical milestones such as Colo Ready.Develop, track and provide oversight of all integration budget line items including vendor’s labour and equipment cost.Coordinate Integration project meetings, site visits, trip reports, and producing meeting minutes to coordinate and record project progress.Coordinate scope and change management activities across related teams for all of the integration services.Identify, track and manage project risks as well as raise awareness through the client leadership teams. Ensure proper communication with all stakeholders as well as develop and execute a mitigation strategy to minimize impact on overall program.Reporting to Senior Management and Client team as necessaryCreate project and regional level status reports and deliver presentations to senior management as necessary.
Essential Criteria for this Integration Manager Role:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience.BISCI accredited10 + years’ experience in IT or construction related project management.Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience managing large scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams.
