The Role
Position: Speech & Language Therapist
Location: Uxbridge
Start Date: September 2026
⏰ Hours: Full-Time (Part-Time may be considered)
Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
About the Role
You'll work closely with pupils across the primary age range, supporting children with a variety of speech, language and communication needs, including:
- Speech and language delay
- Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Social communication needs
- Non-verbal communication
- Speech sound disorders
Working collaboratively with teachers, SEND staff and parents, you'll assess pupils, develop personalised therapy plans and deliver engaging interventions that help children communicate with confidence.
You'll play a key role in ensuring every child can access learning and achieve their full potential.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
✔️ Are a qualified Speech & Language Therapist (HCPC registered or eligible)
✔️ Have experience working with children, ideally within an education or paediatric setting
✔️ Can confidently assess, plan and deliver individualised therapy programmes
✔️ Build positive relationships with children, families and school staff
✔️ Are passionate about helping children overcome communication barriers
✔️ Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
