Location:  Swindon 
Salary: upto £55,000

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and coordinating all project design activities, ensuring deliverables meet programme, quality, and client requirements.
• Acting as technical lead for permanent works, managing external design consultants and design interfaces.
• Reviewing and challenging design deliverables to ensure compliance with contract, client, and CDM requirements.
• Supporting BIM and digital engineering processes across the project.

What you'll need:

• Strong experience in both design and construction on civil engineering projects.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate external design consultants.
• Good understanding of design management processes and Principal Designer duties.
• Experience with BIM and digital engineering practices.
• Heavy civil engineering experience essential; tunnelling experience advantageous.

Package & perks:

Salary £45,000-£50,000 + car allowance (£5,060).
