

Sen Teacher

We’re looking for an SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school where support staff and teachers work hand in hand.
What you’ll be doing:
• Delivering personalised learning that meets pupils where they are
• Supporting emotional regulation and engagement
• Adapting lessons to suit a range of needs and abilities
• Building strong, consistent relationships with pupils
What we’re looking for:
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience in SEND or a strong interest in moving into it
• Creativity, resilience, and a good sense of humour
• Someone who sees behaviour as communication

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
