Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them reach their full potential
• Working 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted support
• Assisting the class teacher with engaging learning activities
• Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and wellbeing

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, coaching, youth work or similar setting
• Is patient, positive and passionate about supporting young people
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Is adaptable, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team
• Holds, or is willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
