  • Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working with children or young people (schools, youth work, coaching, care, or mentoring)

  • A calm, patient, and confident approach

  • Someone who can build strong relationships and set clear boundaries

  • A genuine interest in supporting pupils’ wellbeing and development

Why work with Protocol Education?

  • Weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella companies

  • FREE access to our CPD Academy

  • Support from a dedicated consultant

  • Opportunities across mainstream and SEND schools

The best behaviour support staff are the ones who see the child behind the behaviour. If you’re someone who can stay calm, build trust, and help pupils have better days at school, we’d love to hear from you.
