We’re working with schools in South Shields looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to support pupils with SEMH needs.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional needs
• Helping create a safe, structured environment
• Working closely with teachers and support staff
• Encouraging confidence and independence
What we’re looking for:
• Experience with challenging behaviour or SEMH
• A positive, resilient mindset
• Someone who listens and adapts
• A genuine interest in supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
