Protocol Education is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough seeking an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team from September.

The Role
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned to the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Support pupils as they transition from EYFS into more structured learning
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Assess pupil progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Experience teaching within KS1
- Strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passionate about helping every child achieve their potential
- Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
