KS2 Teacher
Looking for a KS2 role where you can actually focus on teaching?
We’re working with a well-led, forward-thinking primary school in Telford seeking a full-time Key Stage 2 teacher to join their team this September. This is a school where expectations are high, behaviour is well managed, and staff feel genuinely supported.
It’s the kind of place where you can teach properly. No constant firefighting. No feeling like you’re on your own.
What you’ll find here
• A settled KS2 class ready for strong, consistent teaching
• Clear routines and supportive behaviour policies
• Collaborative year group planning
• Approachable SLT who value staff wellbeing
• A focus on both academic progress and personal development
There’s a real sense of community. Staff work together, share ideas, and celebrate the wins, big and small.
The role
You’ll take full class responsibility within KS2, delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that stretch and challenge pupils while keeping learning purposeful and inclusive.
There’s room here for creativity, curriculum input, and professional growth. Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for your next steady, positive environment, or a confident ECT ready for KS2, this school offers the right balance of autonomy and support.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds UK QTS
• Has strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
• Builds positive relationships quickly
• Maintains high expectations with a calm approach
• Brings energy, organisation, and consistency
