We’re working with secondary schools across Shropshire looking for passionate Geography Teachers to join their teams immediately and for long-term roles starting in September.

These schools are looking for teachers who can make Geography engaging, relevant, and thought-provoking, helping students understand the world around them while building confidence in the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
- Teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their potential
- Bringing topics like climate change, ecosystems, and global development to life
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Marking, assessment, and contributing to departmental planning
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold UK QTS or are completing your teacher training
- Are an experienced Geography Teacher or an ECT ready to get started
- Can deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and discussion
- Bring strong classroom management and a positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
