These roles would suit experienced Teaching Assistants who love helping children grow in confidence, supporting learning in the classroom, and being that calm, reliable presence every school day needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Running small group interventions and 1:1 support
• Helping children stay focused, confident, and included
• Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
• Creating a positive learning environment where children can thrive

• Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
• Are confident supporting children across different age groups
• Bring patience, positivity, and a proactive attitude
• Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Have experience supporting SEND needs or interventions
