We are recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work with a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Tunbridge Wells from September 2026.

Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, short-term or long-term work, we have opportunities to suit your availability. This role is ideal for experienced teachers, ECTs looking to gain experience, or teachers returning to the profession.

The Role As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Adapt confidently to different school settings
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable and professional approach
  • Passion for supporting students and schools
