Salary: £110 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

We're looking for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team where your skills will be recognised, valued, and put to good use every single day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering lessons and covering classes when needed
  • Supporting learning across Key Stages
  • Working alongside teachers to plan engaging activities
  • Providing targeted interventions for individuals and small groups
  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a love of learning
  • Supporting behaviour management and creating a positive classroom environment

What we're looking for:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience supporting children in a school setting
  • Confidence leading whole-class learning
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive, adaptable approach and genuine passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
