Primary Teacher – Oxted

Location: Oxted, Surrey
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Protocol Education is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Oxted.

About the Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • Inspire pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching in a UK primary school.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Is committed to supporting every child’s academic and personal development.
