Our client is looking for 2 Site Managers to join them on a social housing refurbishment project, ideally the candidates will have previous experience in this sector.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:

• Reporting into the Project Manager

• Management of method statements and risk assessments

• In charge of the daily running of the site

Experience required for this Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• SMSTS Card and in date

• First aid at work 

Package offered for this Site Manager role:

• £Up to £50,000 salary (DOE) 

• Company car or car allowance 

• 26 days annual leave + bank holidays 

• Pension & Healthcare scheme
