Protocol Education are partnered with a welcoming secondary school in North Somerset that’s looking for a Music Teacher with QTS who can bring creativity, energy, and a real love of music into the classroom.

This is a full-time opportunity (part-time for the right candidate) with the chance to go permanent after 20 weeks, ideal for someone wanting stability, support, and a department where they can really thrive.

You’ll be teaching Music across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons that build confidence, encourage creativity, and get students genuinely involved in music, whether that’s performance, composition, or theory.

The department is supportive and collaborative, with shared resources, strong leadership, and a real focus on helping staff develop. You’ll also take on Form Tutor responsibilities and play an active part in wider school life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
