The Technical Administrator Role:
A growing housebuilder is looking to appoint a Technical Administrator to support their busy technical department. This role will involve working closely with design managers, engineers and architects to ensure the efficient coordination and management of technical documentation and administrative processes.

You will play a key role in maintaining document control systems, processing invoices and assisting with the preparation of technical information throughout the lifecycle of residential developments. This position is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced construction environment.

This is a part-time position, with flexibility to work across either 3 to 5 days, including school hours if required.

To be considered for the Technical Administrator position:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction or housebuilding
• Experience or familiarity with document control systems such as Viewpoint would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good communication and typing skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment
