Are you a passionate French teacher ready for a fresh opportunity after Easter?A welcoming secondary school in Leedsis looking for a talented linguist to join their team and inspire the next generation of language learners.

This full time role will see you teaching French across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging lessons that help students build confidence in speaking, reading and writing in another language. If you enjoy bringing culture, conversation and creativity into the classroom, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing

Teaching French across KS3 and KS4
Planning engaging, well structured lessons that bring language learning to life
Supporting students of mixed abilities to build confidence and progress
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate
Working collaboratively with the wider MFL department

What the school is looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching French in UK secondary schools
Strong classroom management and engaging teaching style
A genuine enthusiasm for languages and student success
A team player who contributes positively to the school community
