This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a rising housebuilder who specialises in residential construction and outlines their excellent growth/progression potential.

Our client is looking for a Assistant Site Manager to oversee the execution of new build housing projects, ensuring quality focused performance and full compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards, based in Ketton, Lincolnshire with the opportunity to progress onto local sites in the future due to their strong pipeline of projects. 

Key responsibilities for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• Maintain key communication skills

• Overseeing operatives and subcontractors

• In charge of overseeing daily site activity

• Carry a can-do attitude 

Experience required for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• SMSTS

• First Aid Qualifications
