About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, helping to create engaging learning experiences, and ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Encouraging learning through play and exploration
- Assisting with observations and assessments
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
- Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's progress
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare
- Experienced in working within a nursery or early years setting
- Passionate about supporting young children's development
- Reliable, caring, and adaptable
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- In possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
