About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, helping to create engaging learning experiences, and ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities
• Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
• Encouraging learning through play and exploration
• Assisting with observations and assessments

• Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's progress

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare
• Experienced in working within a nursery or early years setting
• Passionate about supporting young children's development
• Reliable, caring, and adaptable
• A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• In possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one
