We're looking for a caring, resilient, and enthusiastic Learning Partner to join a specialist resource base within a welcoming primary school in North Bristol. The provision supports children with communication and interaction needs, including autism, helping them thrive both academically and socially.

The role includes:
- Supporting pupils with SEND within a specialist resource base
- Helping children develop communication, confidence, and independence
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families
- Creating a calm, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- Supporting children to access learning and become part of the wider school community
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children, either in schools, childcare, youth work, or care settings
- Is patient, adaptable, and positive
- Believes that relationships come first
- Wants to learn and develop within SEND education
- Is committed to helping every child feel safe, included, and successful

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
