We're recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers to work in a variety of friendly and supportive secondary schools across Hastings and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT, a confident Cover Supervisor or an aspiring teacher with classroom experience, we'd love to hear from you.

The RoleDepending on your experience, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons or supervise classes during teacher absence

• Manage classroom behaviour confidently
• Encourage students to stay engaged and complete set work
• Adapt to different school environments with professionalism

We're Looking For

• Qualified Teachers (QTS), ECTs, Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers with relevant classroom experience
• A confident and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for working with young people
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
