

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
A supportive primary school in Gateshead is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the classroom.
This role is ideal for graduates interested in educational psychology, SEN support, or behaviour development.
The role is part-time, term time only, working 8.30am to 3.30pm.
The Role
You will work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning and emotional development.
Responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
• Encouraging emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Helping pupils stay engaged in lessons
• Supporting classroom routines
