A welcoming primary school in Gateshead is looking for a resilient and compassionate Early Years TA to support children with complex needs in their EYFS setting.

Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm

Your role

  • 1:1 and small group support for pupils with high levels of need

  • Helping children regulate emotions and build trust

  • Supporting learning through play, structure, and routine

  • Working closely with teachers and SEND staff

  • Being the consistent adult who helps children feel secure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
