I'm currently supporting a leading global technology integrator in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing operations in Malaysia.

Their expertise spans structured cabling, network infrastructure, managed services and full lifecycle project delivery.

Due to continued expansion across the APAC region, they are now looking to appoint a Project Manager with strong structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure experience to oversee key client projects from design through to final handover.

The Opportunity

This position will see you acting as the primary point of contact for clients across operational, commercial and financial matters, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

As project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple project activities including planning, resource coordination, supply chain management and stakeholder communication, whilst driving both customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager position

• Managing the full lifecycle delivery of structured cabling and connectivity projects

• Acting as the main client interface throughout project execution

• Taking ownership of project P&L performance

• Producing monthly operational and financial reporting

• Coordinating design, procurement, production and subcontractor activities

• Managing project resources and programme delivery across multiple sites

• Ensuring compliance with contractual, commercial, quality and HSE requirements

• Leading internal project communication and stakeholder updates

• Managing project completion, handover documentation and warranty transfer processes

What They're Looking For

• Extensive experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure or structured cabling projects

• Strong project planning and coordination capabilities

• Experience managing multiple concurrent project sites

• Commercial awareness and financial reporting experience

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing subcontractors and third-party suppliers

• Proven ability to lead and motivate delivery teams

• Flexibility to travel and attend site as required
