Salary: £55,000

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing residential developer who specialises new build housing projects.

Our client is looking for an Site Manager to join them on a housing project based on the outskirts of The Cotswolds with the potential to progress on future local sites due to their growing pipeline.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:

• Daily running of the site

• Supporting site operations

• Problem solving

• Driving team effort and motivation 

Experience required for this Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• SMSTS Card and in date

• Asbestos awareness 

Package offered for this Site Manager role:

• Up To £55,000 Salary 

• Permanent Role

• 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays with 1 day with every year employed

• Health insurance

• £5,000 car allowance
