Salary: £40,000+ 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a growing residential developer who specialises new build housing projects.

Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a housing project based on the outskirts of The Cotswolds with the potential to progress on future local sites due to their growing pipeline.

Key responsibilities for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• Reporting into the Site Manager

• Supporting site operations

• Problem solving 

Experience required for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• CSCS Card and in date

• SSSTS Card and in date

• Asbestos awareness 

Package offered for this Assistant Site Manager role:

• £40,000+ Salary 

• Permanent Role

• 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays with 1 day with every year employed

• Health insurance

• £3,500 car allowance
