

Inclusion Support Assistant Primary SEN Specialist
Are you an experienced SEN professional who believes every child deserves to succeed?
We are recruiting an Inclusion Support Assistant to work alongside class teachers to raise attainment and ensure pupils with additional needs fully access the curriculum.
Location: Epping, Essex
Role: Term Time Only, 35 hours per week.
Your Role:

Deliver structured learning interventions

Support transitions, routines and emotional regulation

Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers

Encourage participation in classroom and extracurricular activities

Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment
Ideal Candidate:

Strong understanding of child development

Confident adapting support to meet individual needs

Excellent communication skills with staff and parents

Good ICT skills to support learning

Committed to safeguarding and equality

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
