We’re hiring: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Durham

We’re working with a leading civil engineering contractor to find an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in NEC contracts and a proven track record in managing project finances, valuations, and risk.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing interim applications and final accounts
• Administering NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
• Handling early warnings and compensation events
• Producing financial forecasts and reports
• Managing subcontractor procurement and payments
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What we’re looking for:
• ~10 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Strong civil engineering background
• Solid understanding of contract frameworks (NEC preferred)
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment

Salary: £60,000- £70,000 (Depending on Experinace)
