What You'll Do

You’ll help students overcome barriers to learning by providing encouragement, guidance and structured support.

Your work may include:

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs

• Helping students manage emotions and behaviour

• Encouraging participation in lessons

• Supporting social skills development

• Assisting with learning interventions

A Typical Day

Supporting a pupil with concentration during morning lessons
Helping a small group develop reading confidence
Using creative activities to make learning fun
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
