We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Clevedon looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a supportive staff community where your role is genuinely valued.

You’ll be supporting pupils across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher, and helping create a positive, structured space where children can thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting learning in small groups and 1:1
• Helping pupils stay engaged and on track
• Assisting with classroom preparation and routines
• Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children, in schools or similar settings
• Is patient, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
• Brings warmth, resilience, and a good sense of humour
• Understands how vital consistency and encouragement are

If you’ve worked with SEND pupils, that’s a big plus. If you’re keen to grow your experience, even better. Schools need people who care, and that counts for a lot.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
