Early Years Practitioner (Level 2/3) – Chesterfield

We are currently recruiting experienced Early Years Practitioners to work in a range of nurseries and early years settings across Chesterfield.

If you're passionate about supporting young children's learning and development and hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
• Support children's development through engaging play-based activities.
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, or you must be able to travel reliably to settings across Chesterfield.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
