Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work? At Protocol Education, we are seeking dedicated early years professionals to join our team on a daily supply basis, supporting local nurseries when they need extra staff.

About the Role

As a supply practitioner, you will step into a variety of nursery settings, providing high-quality care, ensuring children are safe, happy, and engaged in learning activities. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to gain experience across different early years environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
Support children’s development and wellbeing
Work effectively as part of different nursery teams
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
Paediatric First Aid (highly beneficial)
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred due to travel across local settings)
