The Role

As a Supply Early Years Teacher, you'll:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Create nurturing and inspiring learning environments
  • Support children's development across all areas of learning
  • Quickly build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Confidently adapt to new settings and routines
  • Champion high-quality early years practice

⭐ What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Proven experience teaching within an EYFS setting
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework
  • A genuine passion for Early Years education
  • A flexible, positive, and adaptable approach
  • Confidence in settling quickly into new environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

✅ Requirements

  • QTS, EYTS, or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Previous EYFS teaching experience
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
  • Safeguarding training (desirable)
  • SEND experience welcomed
  • Paediatric First Aid (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
