Looking for a role where what you do really matters?

We’re on the lookout for a caring, patient, and switched-on SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with SEND in a welcoming school setting in Bristol . If you’ve got experience working with children with additional needs, and you’re the kind of person who brings calm to the chaos, you’ll fit right in.

This isn’t just another TA role. You’ll be a steady presence, helping pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs

Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children access learning

Building trust and positive routines in the classroom

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment

What we’re looking for:

Experience working with children or young people with SEND

A calm, patient, and positive approach

Strong communication skills and emotional awareness

Someone reliable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people

What you’ll get in return:

Free access to our CPD Academy, including SEND-focused training

A dedicated consultant who listens

Opportunities in schools that value support staff properly

Long-term roles with real impact

You’re not “just” a Teaching Assistant. You’re the person who makes the day work for a child who needs it most.
