They’re now looking for an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs on a personalised learning journey.
This is a setting where relationships come first. Staff work closely together, pupils are encouraged to be themselves, and every child is supported to succeed in their own way.
Your role:

Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with SEND

Support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement

Adapt learning to suit individual needs

Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and external professionals

Help create a calm, structured, and positive learning space

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
