Teaching is what you love, but the workload? Not so much.

If you’re craving flexibility without losing the classroom, this could be your sweet spot. We’re working with a group of lovely primary schools across BS3 who need reliable KS2 teachers for supply.

No endless planning. No Sunday evening dread. Just teaching, your way.

Here’s how it works:
You tell us when you’re free, we match you with schools that fit. One day a week? Sorted. Full week? We’ve got you. Want to mix it up? Even better.

What you can expect:

  • Friendly, welcoming schools that value supply staff
  • Clear handovers and support when you arrive
  • Consistent bookings if you want them
  • Variety without chaos

The kind of teacher we’re looking for:

  • Confident stepping into new classrooms
  • Quick to build rapport with pupils and staff
  • Calm, adaptable, and organised

This is ideal if you:

  • Want better work-life balance
  • Are juggling other commitments
  • Or just want to fall back in love with teaching again

Why Protocol Education:

  • Local schools we know well
  • Quick, clear bookings, no chasing
  • Weekly PAYE pay
  • Ongoing support and training if you want it
