Protocol Education are on the lookout for caring, energetic students and graduates to support children taking their very first steps into reading across EYFS settings in Keynsham.

If you’ve got a passion for early years, communication development, psychology, or simply helping children grow in confidence, this could be the perfect role to kick-start your journey in education.

What your day could look like:

  • Supporting children with phonics, blending, and early reading skills
  • Working closely with pupils 1:1 or in small groups
  • Creating fun, engaging activities through play-based learning
  • Helping children build routines, focus, and confidence
  • Encouraging communication, listening, and language development

  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Two proofs of address
  • A CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained
  • Two years of references, this can include education, childcare, voluntary, or youth work
  • An Overseas Police Check, if applicable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
