Now there's an opportunity to use those skills somewhere they'll make a lasting difference.

We're working with a specialist SEND school looking for dedicated individuals from Armed Forces backgrounds to support children and young people with additional needs.

No teaching qualifications required.

Just the right attitude and a willingness to make a difference.

Why ex-military personnel excel in SEND schools

The young people you'll support need structure, consistency and positive role models.

They need adults who don't give up when things get tough.

Supporting learning and personal development

Celebrating progress every step of the way

We're looking for

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ A calm and resilient approach

✔ Positive role model qualities

✔ A genuine desire to support young people

Previous school experience isn't essential.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Why this role matters

Some pupils arrive at school believing they're destined to fail.

Your role is to help them see something different.
