What does the role involve?
No two days are the same, but you'll be:
- Supporting pupils in lessons and around the school
- Building positive relationships based on trust and consistency
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
- Helping pupils manage emotions and overcome barriers to learning
- Supporting social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
We're looking for someone who:
- Is patient, caring, and genuinely enjoys working with young people
- Can remain calm and positive in challenging situations
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
- Wants to make a meaningful difference every day
- Brings energy, empathy, and a positive attitude to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
