Early Years Teacher
If you know there’s nothing better than seeing a child read their first sentence or proudly show off a muddy discovery from outdoor learning, keep reading.
We’re working with a lively, community-driven primary school in Bristol where learning spills beyond the classroom. Think forest school adventures, hands-on exploration, and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
What makes this role special?
- Outdoor learning is part of everyday life, not a bolt-on
- A strong focus on emotional development alongside academics
- A school culture built on kindness, inclusion, and high expectations

You’ll fit right in if you:
- Bring energy, creativity, and a love for early learning
- Know how to balance structure with play
- Care about the whole child, not just the curriculum
- Enjoy being part of a team that shares ideas and lifts each other up
The extras
- Strong CPD offer and career development pathways
- Wellbeing support and practical benefits
- A team that values your input and celebrates wins, big and small
